1. Introduction

Welcome to the Slammed Impulse LLC giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enter the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

a. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are [age requirement, e.g., 18 years or older] at the time of entry.

b. Employees of Slammed Impulse LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

a. To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase a Digital Download for corresponding giveaway.

b. Entries must include participants' legal name, address and phone number or email address. 

​

c. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms will be disqualified.

d. You may purchase unlimited entries as long as the Giveaway is still going on.

​

4. Prize

​

a. The prize for this Giveaway will be determined by Slammed Impulse LLC. 

​

b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

​

c. The winner of the giveaway will be responsible for all State and Federal taxes.

​

d. By entering you are accepting the condition of the Prize as shown and displayed. Slammed Impulse LLC is not responsible for any dissatisfactions of the Prize that are unseen from the online displays such as color tones, unseen blemishes, minor scratches ect.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

​

a. Winners will be selected at random, based on criteria from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

​

b. The Giveaway will end and the selection will take place when the date is released by Slammed Impulse LLC.

​

c. Winners will be notified via email and direct message on social media within 1 days of the selection.

​

d. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, Slammed Impulse LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Publicity

​

a. By participating, winners agree to allow Slammed Impulse LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

b. Slammed Impulse LLC may use winner details in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, and websites.

7. Privacy

a. Any personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Slammed Impulse LLC Privacy Policy, which is available at www.slammedimpulse.com or on the Privacy Policy Page.

b. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and any related promotional activities.

8. General Conditions

a. Slammed Impulse LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control affect the administration of the Giveaway.

b. Slammed Impulse LLC is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete, or for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect entry submission.

c. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Slammed Impulse LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Governing Law

a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Participates State and Federal Laws.

b. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Participates State and Federal Laws.

b. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Slammed Impulse LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
